Ali Hogue

Ali grew up in North Attleboro but has always treasured time spent on Cape Cod. She studied Biology and Spanish at Colgate University. She worked at Seacamp in the Florida Keys where she taught sailing, windsurfing, snorkeling, diving, and marine science using a fleet of floating classrooms. She was a department head at Cape Cod Sea Camps, worked in donor services at the Boston Foundation, and spent a year researching malaria and sickle cell disease at Boston Children's. She’s a PADI Divemaster and spent a year guiding on a dive boat in Australia. She loves working with people of all ages and walks of life, especially on the water. She’s currently the Program Director at Pleasant Bay Community Boating and just celebrated her fourth year with the organization. Ali is proud to have built our Friend field trip program, revived “First Sail” for local 3rd graders, and kicked the adaptive program into high gear. Now thousands of people enjoy these wonderful community programs each year, thanks to crucial support from FoPB. Ali is excited to join FoPB in preserving and sharing the magic of Pleasant Bay.
