Eric Spengler

Eric Spengler has called Cape Cod home with his wife, Lauren, since 2020, after first putting down roots in the area in 2014. When not traveling or hiking, he spends time kayaking on Pleasant Bay with Lauren, inspired by its beauty and ever-changing character.

Professionally, Eric led research and innovation teams in consumer products and biotechnology, primarily with Procter & Gamble, Living Proof, and Fount Bio. He holds a BS in Pharmacy from Temple University and an MBA from Johns Hopkins, experiences that shaped both his scientific approach and business perspective.

Eric previously served four years as President of the Orleans Pond Coalition, gaining a deep appreciation for the science, collaboration, and community commitment required to protect fragile coastal ecosystems. He is passionate about environmental stewardship and preserving Pleasant Bay for future generations, especially for his three children and seven grandchildren, who love exploring the watershed with him and Lauren.
