Bays like Pleasant Bay are vital to Cape Cod and the local community by supporting diverse ecosystems, protecting, and providing recreational opportunities for both locals and summer visitors. Given its importance, she recognizes that the impacts of climate change on Pleasant Bay are impossible to ignore, and she believes it is crucial to protect these precious environments for future generations.

Professionally, Meaghan holds a degree in finance and has experience working in corporate finance and technology operations. She specializes in handling large data sets, organizing data, and presenting it effectively. Additionally, she has experience in budgeting, managing teams, and overseeing corporate spending. By combining her love for Pleasant Bay with her financial expertise, Meaghan is committed to supporting environmental sustainability and making a positive impact on the community as Treasurer for FOPB.
